Encore Bridal Policies
All gowns featured on our website are pre-loved in some way, shape or form. Whether they were worn by a beautiful bride on her special day or used as a stock sample in our brick and mortar location, all gowns are in good to excellent condition with any blemishes noted in photos. Any questions regarding condition of gown must be made prior to purchase.
Please note that all sales are final due to the deeply discounted nature of the gowns. No special orders are available or offered on any gowns are offered through this site.
